Storyboard/Animatic Success Criteria

•Your trailer includes three of the conventions(C)
•Your trailer includes four of the conventions(B)
•Your trailer includes five of the conventions(A)

1.Plot Summary
• Act One: They start with a beginning that lays out the idea of the movie.
• Act Two: The middle moves the story further and usually ends with a dramatic climax.
• Act Three: This last act often consists of a visual montage of powerful and emotional moments of the film.

4.Cast Crew and Studio Information

5.Technical Elements e.g. Dolby, THX, 3D

Monday 12th - Flexible Learning

By the end of this day you must have all 15 points below completed and on your blog.

At the end of the day complete a diary account of what you did today including: what problems you encountered, how you overcame those problems and what went well.

Questionnaire and Interview Task

“What do you want to see in my genre film trailer?”

Create a the following which answers the above question:
•Questionnaire (multiple choice questions)
•Interview (open ended questions)

You will then work out the sample for each then:
•Give the questionnaire to a minimum of 10 people
•Interview between 3 and 5 people and record it on camera

You will then analyse your results by:
•For the questionnaires creating graphs in Excel for each question
•Editing the interview video so the themes can be seen (what the group agreed on)
